The following content is strictly prohibited on hosting accounts:

Pornography or any illegal content whatsoever (under UK law), for example hacking, piracy, illegal software etc. The designation of "illegal content" is as the discretion of Relentless Servers. If any of the above is found your account will be suspended - without a refund of any kind - or you will be warned.

Backups

Relentless Servers does not keep a back up of customer data and it is therefore the sole reponsibility of the customer to do so. We recommend this is done on a regular basis to ensure that minimum data is lost in this event. Relentless Servers holds no reponsibility for such loss incurred.

Customer Conduct

Clients are not authorised to transmit unlawful, threatening, profane, pornographic, offensive, abusive, obscene, indescent or otherwise objectional information of any kind. Absuive acts towards the administrators are not tolerated.

Cancellations and Refunds

Relentless Servers reserves the right to terminate a contract with immediate effect without refund if a user does not abide by these Terms and Conditions or Relentless Servers decides that an account is being misused. "Lending" or "selling" a game server is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, the account owner will have their contract terminated with no refund. It is strictly prohibited to give your account details to a third party. Relentless Servers reserves the right to suspend or teminate a service and or access at any time, in the event that the customer has followed the Terms and Conditions of use, then the customer will be entitled to a refund based on the amount of time remaining on the contract after the termination/suspension. If a customer wishes to cancel an agreement, they can simply cease paying Relentless Servers or write to Relentless Servers via any of the methods on the Contact page of this website. Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable. If a customer purchases a server with "Branding" - the "Relentless Servers" name must not be removed from the title of the server. We reserve the right to cancel your account if this occurs. You may also not use an abusive or offensive name in the server title.

Customer Details

The customer must inform us of any changes regarding personal details. Relentless Servers will not be held responsible for any loss of communication due to incorrect details.

Service Interruption

We accept no liability for any damages incurred due to any form of a loss in service, failure or fault. Compensation for such will be at the discretion of Relentless Servers and may be in the form of an extension of your service of equal or higher value of your current service. Cash compensation is at the discretion of Relentless Servers.

Setup time

Relentless Servers can not guarentee any set up date for a server. Servers are usually set up within 30 mintues or 24 hours if a problem is encountered by the automated system. In the event that their is no room for your server without harming the service of other customers, you may be put on a waiting list until a service or server becomes available.

Bots

Relentless Servers do not allow "Bots" on any servers unless you have been given permission by an administrator. This is to ensure that there is no detrimental affect on server performance. "Bots" are defined as computer-controlled "players" that occupy a game server.

Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Relentless Servers harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Relentless Servers, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Relentless Servers against liabilities arising out of: (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Relentless Servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Relentless Servers.

Disclaimer

Relentless Servers will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Relentless Servers makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Relentless Servers disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Relentless Servers and its employees. Relentless Servers reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
